Terms of sale

These terms govern every order placed on saabou.com, operated by Saabou SAS, Saly, Senegal.

Prices are shown in CFA franc (XOF), the reference currency. EUR and USD amounts are indicative conversions; the XOF amount always prevails.

An order is final once payment or the reservation is confirmed by Saabou. Preorders are confirmed by order of registration, within available quantities.

Delivery fees are confirmed before payment and are not included in the product prices displayed.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products, under the conditions set out on the Returns page.

Any dispute is first handled amicably by writing to Maya@saabou.com.
