Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they have not been used.

Contact us first, by email or WhatsApp, so we can register the return and give you the return address.

For hygiene reasons, an opened or used cosmetic cannot be returned unless the product is faulty — in that case we replace it or refund it in full.

Return shipping is at your expense, except for a faulty or incorrect item.
